Custom Mtg Inc ("CMRE," "we," "us") uses email as a primary method of communication with our clients, prospective borrowers, and business partners. By providing your email address to us — whether through our website, loan application, or other channels — you consent to receive electronic communications from us related to your mortgage inquiry, application status, account servicing, and other transactional information.

Marketing & Promotional Emails

From time to time, we may send you promotional emails about new loan programs, rate updates, refinance opportunities, educational content, or partner services that we believe may be of interest to you. These communications are separate from transactional emails related to your active loan or application.

You may opt out of receiving marketing and promotional emails at any time by:

  • Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any promotional email
  • Emailing us at info@c-mtg.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe"
  • Calling us at 877.976.5669

Please allow up to 10 business days for your opt-out request to take effect. Note that opting out of marketing emails will not affect transactional emails related to your active loan or application.

Email Monitoring

All email communications sent to or from Custom Mtg Inc team members may be forwarded, monitored, stored, and reviewed by authorized personnel within the company. Our email and communication systems are company property and are intended for the conduct of legitimate business purposes.

No Solicitation by Third Parties

Third parties are prohibited from using Custom Mtg Inc team members' email addresses for any purpose other than lawful and legitimate business correspondence directly related to mortgage lending services. Unsolicited bulk email, spam, or unauthorized solicitation through our email systems is strictly prohibited.

Email Security

While we employ industry-standard security measures to protect email communications, email is not a fully secure method of transmitting sensitive information. We strongly recommend that you do not send sensitive personal information — such as Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or passwords — via email. For secure document submission, please use our encrypted portal or contact us directly.
